This Privacy Notice for Perez Joel Dario("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you download and use our mobile application, GlobalTracker, or engage with us in other related ways.

1. What information do we collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you express an interest in our products and Services, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. This may include usernames and passwords. All information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive personal information.

Application data

If you use our application, we may collect the following with your permission:

  • Geolocation information. We may track location-based information continuously or while you use the application to provide location-based services. You can change this permission in your device settings.
  • Push notifications. We may request permission to send notifications about your account or application features. You can turn these off in your device settings.

This information is primarily needed for operation, security, troubleshooting, analytics, and internal reporting.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect technical information when you use the Services. It may include IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, approximate or precise location, usage activity, log data, application identifiers, mobile carrier, and system configuration. We may also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. How do we process your information?

In short: We process information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, protect against fraud, comply with law, and for other purposes with your consent.

  • To request feedback. We may contact you about your use of our Services.
  • To protect our Services. We may process information for fraud monitoring, prevention, and security.
  • To identify usage trends. We analyze how the Services are used so we can improve them.

3. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

We may share data with vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers who perform services for us and need access to do that work. Our agreements require them to safeguard the information and process it only under our instructions. Categories include:

  • Cloud computing and data storage service providers
  • Data analytics and performance monitoring services
  • Website hosting providers
  • User registration and authentication services

Business transfers. Information may be shared or transferred in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition.

Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share information with Google Maps Platform APIs, such as Maps and Places. These services use GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate location. We may cache your location on your device. You can revoke consent using the contact details below.

4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to collect and store information, maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, remember preferences, provide basic functions, perform analytics, and, where applicable, personalize advertising.

Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to analyze use of the Services, including remarketing features. You can use the Google Analytics opt-out tool, manage Google Ads Settings, or review Google's privacy practices.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this notice, unless law requires or permits a longer period. When there is no ongoing legitimate need, we delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible, such as in backups, we securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures. However, no internet transmission or storage technology is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our safeguards. Access the Services only in a secure environment.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or market to children under 18, nor knowingly sell their personal information. 8. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on where you live, you may review, change, or terminate your account. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. 9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features

Some browsers and operating systems offer a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") setting. Because no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to them. If a standard we must follow is adopted, we will describe that practice in an updated notice.

10. Do we make updates to this notice?

Yes. We may update this notice to remain compliant with relevant laws. The revised date at the top will show the latest version. For material changes, we may post a prominent notice or send a direct notification.
